Well, maybe Nicki Minaj can redeem her Grammys performance.

She, and Pitbull with Ne-Yo are the lineup for the halftime entertainment at the All-Star Game Feb. 26 in Orlando, the league announced. You like the musical choice, and your dad will recognize Pitbull as that guy from the Bud Light commercial. It’s a bonding moment.

Pitbull, Ne-Yo and Nayer will perform “Give Me Everything” to start it off, then Nicki Minaj will take the stage and perform a medley of her hits. And this performance usually has more guest spots than the Muppet Movie, so you can expect a few more people to drop by.

Mary J. Blige is doing the national anthem, and she will kill it. No doubt. That lady can flat out sing.

On Saturday they need some headliners after seeing the Slam Dunk Contest lineup, so they are bringing in will.i.am and Flo Rida to perform. Not together. Which will have to do.

There’s also a pregame concert Sunday with J. Cole and others.

Just hope nobody gives a mic to Shaq.

Would it kill them to hire a musician that actually plays a instrument?

I’m not a woman, why would I want to listen to Ne-Yo or Nikki Minaj? WNBA All Star game, sure.

Sounds like this years halftime show will be as intense and exciting as the defense during the actual game.

What she do at the Grammy’s?

      • 00maltliquor - Feb 17, 2012 at 1:51 AM

That’s a real question, really, what did she do? I didn’t watch it, my TV is glued to ESPN.

I have no idea who these people are since I only listen to people who play music not lip synch and dance. if you want entertainment out of this lineup place a instrument say a guitar and a mic in front of them and tell to play it and sing. no talking fast or scratching a record play and sing. the show would be over in about 10 seconds as they stand there looking stupid going what am I supposed to do with this?

    Seriously, who cares?

They should’ve negotiated a rider in the CBA guaranteeing actual talent at the halftime show.

This upcoming all-star weekend is getting less and less exciting everyday.

Sell your soul to the devil and you get to do the Super Bowl, Grammy’s and NBA All Star game within months.

As long as she keeps Roman at home, she’s OK. She can bring Nicki Teresa, or even Rosa, but that Roman guy can stay at the house.

(America… Wow! The only place where you can take a woman with multiple personality disorder and rhyming skills and become a millionaire!)
