While President Obama may be impressed with Jeremy Lin, I’m not. Typical a guy has a few games and the dimwitted sports pundits make too big a deal of it, as always. Lin stunk with the Warriors and a few good games is far too little to proclaim Lin some superstar. The Knicks stink so winning a few games in a row is nice but I’ll only be impressed when they have a win streak that compares to the best win streaks in the history of the league.

Who cares what the president thinks about basketball?????????

We didnt care what Bush or Clinton (besides the razorbacks) or Reagan thought about basketball so why do we care with Obama?? Is it bc he’s black? Im not saying that to be negative, i am seriously asking is that why we are supposed to care?

President Obama is a scrub with the basketball jones like the rest of us. In my mind, he can have an opinion on this that’s not necessarily political. Homey took a bow too the chops in a pickup game a few weeks ago.

How can you post a story involving a sitting President and NOT expect the comments to have some political overtones to them? If Obama wasn’t in the White House, nobody would give a sh-t what he thinks about North Carolina, the Chicago Bears, his NCAA bracket picks, or anything else sports related.

But I’ll refrain from making any political comments out of respect for Kurt and the PBT gang
