these guys running the hornets are a bunch of clowns and it starts with david stern.. other teams arent gonna pay a ransom for a above average player.. the guy is in a contract year and its not like he is in chris pauls level of skills.. stern trying to get multiple picks is outrageous considering this team is gonna move or fold!! the hornets will end up in seattle watch changing names back to the sonics! i can already see it!! darkhorse would be san diego as the new downtown waterfront project includes a new basketball hockey arena next to the waterfront football stadium on the bay! i hope the rockets get kaman as they need a true center to pair with dalembert ..rockets have a great nucleus and need some stars(not saying kaman is a star) but they would be scary if htye got d howard and derron williams…

Chris Kaman is an active player. Little background information would show that Kaman has ADHD. This guy plays hard and is a former all-star. He is 29. There is no way that this man should be disrespected. The Clippers and the Hornets are jokes. One of the few centers that is in possession of a pulse gets shopped around like a used car. Its a shame.

Oh yeah you cant give up Patterson… i love that guy. They had some interest in Dragic before… maybe Dragic and Hill. Kaman just strikes me as the kinda guy that ends up in Toronto next year or with the Pistons. Someone will over pay for him… Kwame Brown got 7 million so now the sky is the limit.

To me a 1st round pick just seems like too much, but a 2nd rounder feels like too little. Kind of hard to know how to value Kaman, since it’s only for a couple of months. I guess I should go back and look at trades made around the deadline for expiring contracts. I hope we get Kaman as well, without dealing Patterson or a 1st rounder.

Thabeet and Hill wouldnt be a bad deal for Kaman since he is just a rental. I am reading they wanted Paul George from my Pacers for Kaman…. they have lost their minds. Teams cant give up 1st round picks or young players for a guy that will only be on the team foe 3 months. I hope the Rockets get him… they have been too active to keep getting shut out.

There’s no way they are getting multiple picks from anyone. Maybe a first rounder, but 2nd round picks are more likely. They should do the Rockets deal, for Thabeet and Hill. Hill still has a chance to be a rotation player (maybe), and the Hornets shave off some salary this season. I’m sure Stern will get the deal he wants though…ya know, for “basketball reasons”

The NBA is totally screwing up the Hornets franchise. Much like MLB screwed up the Expos before they moved to Washington. Such a conflict of interest.
