Players, teams & fans alike have to realize after major ankle or knee injuries/surgeries that the body typically needs ~12-24 mos to truly heal & return to pre injury status. The Jason Kidds, Amare Stoudemire are the exceptions not the rule.

Mike James is one of those rare timeless PG’s with the type of game where he can play in his late 30′s, very very consistent and very cerbral, not on a level of a Billups or Kidd, but that same style….
his only problem however is, he is a friggin midget…. if he was a few inches taller with his game, he’d be playing right now without a doubt, very solid backup PG..
