Clippers still have a long way to go to catch up with the Lakers.

Having Donald Sterling (the Tom Yawkey of the NBA) as opposed to Dr. Jerry Buss (the George Steinbrenner of the NBA) as the owner basically insures this.

I’m not a Laker or Clippers fan…

But I watched the game last night and Chris Paul is and has been the best
Point Guard in the NBA. Yes offensively he struggled last night. But the way he runs the offense is
amazing…He had 12 assist and 0 Turnovers…

And people overlooked him the past several years in New Orleans…and everybody focus on Derrick Rose and Deron Williams.

But He has constantly been the best PG in the league. I like Derrick Rose but Chris Paul makes his teammates better and he finds them at the right stop at the right time. And he hardly turns the ball over.

If I had to chose any PG to start a team with…my top choice would be Chris Paul.

Sure he had a good game (which was long overdue), but it wasn’t good enough to destroy both teams’ defenses…

But it is nice to actually have a sort of rivalry building between these two teams. I hope it can continue for the foreseeable future.
