Here is our daily look around the NBA — links to stories worth reading and notes to check out (stuff that did not get its own post here at PBT).

Which three teams lead the NBA is traffic to their Web sites? Two are pretty obvious — the Lakers and Heat. But the third is the Orlando Magic.

Roy Hibbert, broken nose and all, was hanging out with Parks & Rec writers at Roscoe’s Chicken and Waffles in L.A. Sunday night. I like it — no star-laden event at Boulevard 3, he goes to where the people eat.

Only in L.A.: Chris Paul found a house, he’s going to buy Avril Lavigne’s $8.5 million mansion.

Ray Allen’s ankle is bothering him but he wants to play Monday against Orlando. Don’t bet on it, but the decision will be made closer to game time.

That game is also Big Baby’s return to the Boston Garden.

Deron Williams is no fan of The Rock — the Prudential Center in New Jersey that the Nets call home for the rest of this season. He’s ready for Brooklyn. Or Dallas.

Andrea Bargnani could return to the Raptors lineup on Tuesday.

New Jersey forward Damion James will be out indefinitely following surgery on his right foot to put a screw in the bone.

Pacers big man Jeff Foster will be out the rest of January due to a back procedure.

Eddy Curry credits the encouragement from LeBron James and Dwyane Wade for why he was able to get back on the court.

Mark Jackson says this year’s bad Warriors are better than previous years bad Warriors.

When we talk about how the Clippers need to improve on defense, this is the kind of thing we mean — D’Andre Jordan taking himself out of rebounding position to chase blocks.

A list of players not living up to expectations so far this young season.

Stephen Jackson keeping it real in a very Stephen Jackson YouTube video (warning, language NSFW).

The Raptors recalled big man Solomon Alabi from the D-League.

The Kings have called Tyler Honeycutt back from Reno of the D-League.

Mark Jackson talked up defense before the season, but the team is 26th in Defensive Rating, the exact same place as last year. It’s stupid hires like Jackson that keep the Warriors low in the Power Rankings:

So sad that, while the NFL side of this site gets comments on even the most boring article, this side generally just gets link whoring.

LOL! Ahhhh that’s a good 1! It’s only that guy zblott though, doesn’t happen much if at all outside of him.
