The club incident is one that I can think of off the type top of my head. I also said “somewhat” of a knucklehead. He’s more of a goofball than a knucklehead.

I was with you up until the knucklehead comment. What exactly makes him a knucklehead? He doesnt get in trouble off the court and doesnt appear to be a cancer in the locker room.

This may seem ignorant but i do not blame JaVale McGee for they way the he nor the Wizards have been performing. JaVale McGee is averaging a double double dispite not being put in a situation where his talents are not being maximized. They run no plays for him except the occasional “Here JaVale, you want the ball here it is we’re watching” type of play. The team has no structure or order. You can say what you want but that falls on Flip. He has been at it for 2 yrs and we have seen absolutely no progress. Not with Nick, JaVale, Andray, and John Wall. At some point you have to stop pointing your fingers at the players and say “What am I doing wrong.” JaVale McGee is somewhat of a knucklehead, but he plays hard and is productive. At some point the Wizards have to just let Flip go.
