		<description><![CDATA[This may seem ignorant but i do not blame JaVale McGee for they way the he nor the Wizards have been performing. JaVale McGee is averaging a double double dispite not being put in a situation where his talents are not being maximized. They run no plays for him except the occasional &quot;Here JaVale, you want the ball here it is we&#039;re watching&quot; type of play. The team has no structure or order. You can say what you want but that falls on Flip. He has been at it for 2 yrs and we have seen absolutely no progress. Not with Nick, JaVale, Andray, and John Wall. At some point you have to stop pointing your fingers at the players and say &quot;What am I doing wrong.&quot; JaVale McGee is somewhat of a knucklehead, but he plays hard and is productive. At some point the Wizards have to just let Flip go.]]></description>
