Pop is talking about our teams defensive problem but he is not playing the players that give defense. Bonner gives absolutely no defense and most nights gives no offence so why the hell does he get more minutes than Blair and Splitter. Our defense will pick up when Blair, Splitter, and the new signee Thomas gets some minutes. Bonner needs no more than 7 minutes a game. Its good that Kawhi is getting alot more minutes and now Green needs more minutes. How can we talk about defense when Pop doesn’t allow the defenders to play.

The Spurs are simply trying to earn a decent seed in the playoffs while resting everyone. They’ll gladly let a probable loss become a huge loss if it means more rest now for the best players so they can go hard in the playoffs. That being said, their 3 best defensive players are Tim Duncan, Tiago Splitter, and Kawhi Leonard. Those 3 are averaging 27, 21, and 22 minutes per game, so take SanAn’s Defensive Rating with a massive grain of salt.

(Duncan) is older, (Boner) has always been slow, (Blair) is 6″8, (splitter) gets no P.T…..i dont know what POPs plans are with this spurs team, but I will support his choices, Go SPURS!!!
