…that said, I’m was trying to justify why 56% would take Bynum right now. playing great right now is probably a huge factor. and as a Lakers fan, I am super happy about that. But yeah, point well taken, Howard is a beast, the best C in the league. I guess the “homer” in me is rooting for the 56% to be right though.

And if you would take Andrew Bynum over Dwight Howard AT THIS MOMENT you are a fool.

First, Bynum has played three games this season and his best stretch is 18 games last season. What that Bynum in Beastmode brings is what Howard calls Tuesday — he brings that every night, has done so for about four years, and almost never misses games to injury.

Second, Bynum is doing that with Gaol and Kobe on the floor. Remove Gasol and replace Kobe with Hedo Turkoglu. Think Bynum still gets those numbers? Howard does.

Howard is better than Bynum.

but yes…bigmike did change the poll with the mention of gasol. i was agreeing with that statement about gasol being in the mix.

BUT the 56% are not looking bad AT THIS MOMENT with Bynum playing very well.

How is this something that the team doesn’t handle??? I would think that these players, who rightfully or not are pampered to the point where they don’t even worry about where their bags go or anything like that, would have someone on the team hold onto their passports so they are always available when they have to do their jobs in Toronto. How simple is it…”OK guys, here’s your passports for our trip through customs” 10 minutes later(OK, more likely 90 minutes later with the way Canadaian customs has become)…”OK guys, I’ll take back those passports now.”
