If Cousins wants to be traded then Sac Town, do yourself the favor and ship him out while he still has trade value! The guy is a major headcase and I think he could even be a franchise killer with his attitude.
Yes, he is skilled. Yes, he has a boatloat of potential. He could also undermine a coaches whole system and philosophy. Even the team chemistry.
And spare me the whole “he’s young”/ “he’ll grow out of it” b.s. This is just who he is and will always be. Nothing but a punk.

Cousins is a lot of things, a bum isnt one of them.It takes big men longer to develop in the NBA. Cousins may have maturity issues but the Kings aren’t helping him develop on the court by having a bunch of two guards masquerading as point guards. Although he’ll get the blame, we can’t be sure this situation is all his fault. Its a bit fishy that Westphal is releasing statements concerning this matter and not the GM. In any event you dont give up on a 21 year old guy because the coach is frustrated with him. Its ironic that a team who changed its fortunes by acquiring a player (Chris Webber) who was considered talented yet troubled, is on the other side of that equation.

So do people still think Cousins isnt a bum? There’s a reason he was still there at number 5. This guy doesnt want to play. He is just collecting a check. There are three teams that I could see trying to get something out of him… the Celtics, Bucks and Bulls. They both have strong coaching that push work ethic. The Wizards trading for him would a joke. Wall, Blatche and Cousins on the same team…. wait… actually I want to see that train wreck.
