never understood why Garnett is thought of as some tough guy. dude is listed as 6’11″ but was actually measured at the pre-draft as 7’1″ but only weights 210 pounds. stiff breeze would knock that p u s s y over.

Exactly why I gave up my season tickets. watch a bunch of thugs instead og the game. Shows how chicken s the league office is. Because the season is starting late they don’t want to ruffle feathers . Garnett always picking on the smaller guy lets hope one day the player is tired of his crap and decks him. Garnett desreves it.

I wish like hell that Garnett would put that energy into developing a low post game and doing more than occasional rebounding.

He got a switch in the 4th when the Celts needed a bucket, and with the 6-3 point guard on him mid-post, settled for a fall-away jump shot. He is 6-11. With long arms. The good Lord didn’t give him those gifts just to change light bulbs without a step ladder.

When he was in Minnesota, he was known for ferocious effort. Haven’t seen that here in a long, long time.

Garnett’s a great player, but one of the true punks in the NBA in the last 20 years. Someone really needs to just put him on his back. If he had pulled this crap against the mid 90′s Knicks, he’d be over at Charles Oakley’s house right now begging for his life to be spared.

SOOO tired of Garnett’s act… and then go after a reporter for having the audacity to ask him about it? Time to grow up man, you’re about to have to enter the real world, and you’re certainly not a candidate for any commentator work with your attitude and communication skills. Not that he needs a job, unless he’s done a Sprewell with his money, but he does have a huge need to be in the spotlight, it seems.
