People say the NBA is getting soft but their fans are getting just as soft. Ask Kevin McHale if he thinks Bynum got off too lightly.

How many strikes does Bynum get? He already used up his 3rd (Wallace, Beasley, Barea) and now he gets his suspension reduced! The most frustrating thing is that this site defended him when he did it to Beasley too.

What kind of message is the league sending by reducing these penalties? I guess penalties are more of a business decision than actually punishing the players for trying to cause harm to others…
