Is this dude implying that Jay-Z had to swallow his pride… Stevenson is working for him, he’s the one that has to swallow his pride cause Hov can talk all kinds of trash (I was looking for a 4 letter word but trash will do) to him but Stevenson really can’t say anything… to quote Hov “I’m a boss, I don’t know what they do, I don’t get dropped, I drop the label,” in this case Stevenson was dropped cause Dallas no longer wants him and didn’t resign him… the Nets are a downgrade. Name a record company that would let Jay-Z go he wanted to stay. And Stevenson has a ring but so does Darko and Tyronn Lue… using that logic Lue would be better than Allen Iverson who out played Kobe in that series just cause he has a ring. So Stevenson is better than LeBron now, right.

He is a minority owner with 5% stake in the Nets so his 5% does not overrule the 95% of the majority owner that signed Deshawn to the contract.

The DC area rapper ProVerb owned Jay-Z way back when that happened. And looks like DeShawn ended up better than Lebron! A ring, and Jigga requires his services. Too funny! Talk about having to swallow pride! HOV… Stay in your lane!
