Video: The Clippers were throwing it down on the Lakers

Dec 20, 2011, 9:49 AM EST

DeAndre Jordan is going to love him some Chris Paul.

Those two hooked up a couple of times for big plays as the Clippers rolled the Lakers in an exhibition (see more dunks below). Paul looked good but this is an exhibition, so we’re not going to read a lot into it. However, the steady stream of impressive dunks, that will be every Clipper game.

Blake Griffin looked relatively pedestrian in the game (Pau Gasol did a fairly good job on him), but he and Billups did hook up for one fun little bit, so we’ll throw that in, too. Enjoy.

Thanks to IamaGM.com for the videos.

DeAndre Jordan’s bounce is ridiculousness…that one dribble from the foul line and thrown down is insane

Yeah man, he is going to be an incredible bargain at what they signed him for. Jordan, Paul, Griffin, Billups, Butler, Williams…the are deep…and more…the Clippers are finally the real deal. I’m calling it now, Clippers finish way above the Lakers this year.

You know what the die-hard Laker fans are now calling themselves……………. Heat fans

Lakers are done, time to abandon ship chumps

As a diehard Laker fan who’s not a fairweather fan, I’d like to ask you not to post this. The bad fans don’t need any encouragement.

I would favor the clippers over the Lakers or the Heat at this point. Last year they had a dunk fest with their “Big Two” of Griffen and Jorden. Add in Paul and Billups to that and you have a legitimate “Big Three” with a solid 4th. As long as they jell on the chemistry side, and didn’t gut their role players off the bench to bad they could easily be legit contenders this year.

dirtydavis, clean your glasses ! He dunked on Bynum AND Gasol !!!

One is a walking first aid kit and the other is as soft as melted marsh-mellows….you can probably dunk ( on your 6 foot goal ) on them too.
