Okay, I may be missing something here but if you can remove your “what’s best for the Lakers” issues which isn’t a big consideration for New Orleans fans, and your “Stern sucks” bias, are there too many people out there that don’t think that from THE HORNETS POINT OF VIEW, what David Stern did was a better result than the other deals? Regardless of all the various motivations here, didn’t Stern in the end get a better future for the Hornets?

Stern and the 29 owners of the New Orleans Hornets got themselves a great deal here. They got two of the top 5 or 7 picks in a very deep draft and Eric Gordon to build around. Anybody who thinks the Lackers got screwed here are either blinded by their purple and yellow glasses or simply stupid.

Congrats to David Stern for another job well done for the people he works for…the Owners. He doesn’t work for the players or the fans. He works to make the league as good as he can…and guess what…he did his job. The Lackers tried to rape the Hornets and they got the short end of the stick. That’s just bad karma…I’m waiting for the next shoe to drop on the Lackers.

Not even close to time for getting off Stern’s worthless rear end. Not until this jerk does the NBA the ultimate favor of retiring. Stern has screwed up the NBA and deserves no credit. The owner’s behind kisser ruined the Laker’s season rejecting the Paul trade to the Lakers and now Odom is out of the best three man front line. All that nonsense just so the lowly Clippers get Paul, Stern was a fool thinking Paul was going to stay with a losing organization.

So le me get this straight…he wont opt out next yr and will be free agent in 2013,so next yr it will be a circus again cuz he will hostage the clippers and threathen to sign elsewhere, nba is the only league that generate interest on hype and rumors and not the actual game itself, nba will neverbe in the same class at NFL!!!
