Dude is not as good as McGrady but is one of the leagues top paid players. He mainly is not as good as McGrady because he admittedly is not a leader. He also shy’s away from competition and the spotlight when another teams player lights him up.

One thing I will say for McGrady, he has the competitive mindset of Wade, LBJ, Kobe, Garnett ( even if his skill-set is diminished ).
