THERE ARE NO TEAMS THAT CAN OFFER ANYTHING BETTER THAN BYNUM WHO HOWARD WILL SIGN AN EXTENSION WITH. EVEN IF THE PACERS WOULD OFFER THEIR WHOLE TEAM FOR HIM, THEY WONT AGREE TO IT UNLESS HOWARD SIGNS AN EXTENSION, WHICH HE WONT. HE WANTS A BIG MARKET, WARM CLIMATE, ETC, HE’S ALREADY SAID HE’D LIKE TO PLAY WITH KOBE. IT”S TURNED INTO A LEAGUE WHERE PLAYERS DECIDE WHERE TO GO AND ITS UP TO MAGIC TO GET WHATEVER THEY CAN IN RETURN. IF HOWARD GOES ANYWHERE ELSE THAN THE LAKERS, THEY WOULD HAVE TO GIVE UP THEIR WHOLE TEAM AND THEN NOBODY WOULD BE LEFT WITH HIM TO WIN A CHAMPIONSHIP. THAT’S WHY HE’S GOING TO THE LAKERS…. HATERS GONNA HATE…

50 games a year, 28 minutes a game… that’s Andrew Bynum. 23 years old and missed huge chunks of games in five of six seasons. A whopping 7 rebounds a game, 2 offensive. Never in shape to start a season. Questionable work ethic that results in his always being very very slow to return from the inevitable injury. Pouts like a four year old. Cheap shot artist. Bad mouths teammates. Yep, that’ll work as a trade for Dwight Howard… I’d love to see this guy in a spot like Milwaukee where he’d be the focus of a team, where he’d counted on to produce every night… it’d be a meltdown fail of legendary proportions, what theater. Jimmy Buss isn’t bright enough to pull off that kind of a heist.

The Magic would consider trading Howard because his contract is up after this season and he’s not going to re-sign with them. What other team has a decent big man with a reasonable contract to trade for Howard? Yeah, I couldn’t think of any either.

That’s a tough front court with Pau&Dwight. But would the Lakers have any depth after such a trade? I’m sure Lamar Odom would have to be offered. Andrew Bogut or Bynum is not enough.

But I do like the idea of Bynum going to Milwaukee…it’s like a prison sentence. He needs some discipline before he gets on a contender again

I’m no Magic fan, but why in the heck would the Magic even consider trading Howard for an inconsistent and oft injured Bynum unless Otis Smith has a gun to his head? There has to be better deals out there. This is as bad as rumors of the Lakers sending Lamar Odom for the Cavs 4th overall pick, on in LA LA land could anyone believe such ridiculous things.

I would watch the NBA again if Howard and Kobe somehow end up in the same team. I would be a Lakers fan if they also get TMac as well

It’s nice to hear that Buss has changed his mind about Bynum being untouchable. Howard is and should have always been a no-brainer. I would have even traded Bynum to get Melo, but if Buss’ reluctance lands Howard then he is a better exec than I have been giving him credit for.
