This is the move the Hwaks need to make. Yeah, he’s got a big contract, but he is a crowd-plaesing player and would probably thrive in a more up-tempo system like atlanta, Golden Stats, Philly or Minnesota.

exactly….they feel Smith isn’t as productive as his contract….so Boozer would be a great solution!!…$100 million contract, less athletic, doesn’t really play defense.

Why would the Hawks want Boozer? What the Hawks want most is a Center, not another Forward. Plus, Smith’s upside is better than Boozer’s. Why would they give that up?

Boozer for Smith all day long. That would be one nasty defense with Smith and Noah in the paint.

Houston, give em Scola and who ever they want (outside of Martin, Lowry, or PPatt) and then sign Dalembert. A lineup of Lowry, Martin, Smith, Patt, and Dalembert is a top 5 team in the West. Those 2 moves fix our swiss cheesy defense, keeps us in decent cap position for next year, and HE WANTS TO COME TO HOUSTON. He’d be a matchup nightmare in the Southwest with McHale mentoring him in the post. Make it happen Morey!

Smith is an interesting piece because he’s a quality player who plays solid defense. But he needs to play in a certain system to be successful and how many teams have that?
