I think Vegas has these odds right. They will, of course, change as rosters make changes. Give the Heat a healthy Haslem for the whole year and a shot blocker (Dalembert), and they are scary good. I hate that prospect since I do not want the Heat to win. If Chicago can add a scorer, I like their chances.

I think the Lakers are too old and Dallas had kind of a Cinderella run. It's going to be tough to retain Butler, Chandler, and Barea. If they do re-sign Chandler, they're going to lose Haywood so they're in a tough position. I like OKC to get out of the West and meet the Heat in the Finals. If Boston can make the move for CP3, I think they become the favorites.

Vegas also likes Tiger to win the Masters - that alone should tell you that they have absolutely no idea what they are talking about. Miami has to plug some serious holes if they are to contend. LeBron James is not a prime time player. He may go down in history as the greatest regular season player ever. The only problem is that the regular season is pretty meaningless if you can't back it up in the playoffs. Chicago if they can keep their core could really prove to be something. I love the Lakers, but I don't know if they are up for the challenge. Maybe the shortened year will help them. I love Fisher for what he did in the past, but we definitely need a new point guard and if we could dump Ron Artest (now MWP) I would love it.

The only problem with the Heat winning it all is LeBron is a choke artist. They will never win a title unless Wade carries them. LeBron's record in the finals is 2-8!!! One of those wins was because
