The courts might, emphasis on MIGHT, be able to force them to meet. It doesn’t mean they can force them to reach a settlement. Eventually Billy Hunter and the players will realize they are employees, and as such, they have no leverage. THAT is when something gets resolved.

Is there hope…. Probably not. Maybe one of these mornings one of the sides will wake up and count all the money and fan support they are loosing and give enough to make it happen. In my view (from the outside of course) the system issues are more important than BRI. Give them 51 and get the system fixed. You then have taken back 6% (280,000,000) of approx 4,000,000,000 (zeros for effect). I think they can cover the losses with that and the system changes.
