What’s damaged is that the players are calling owners greedy. Players use the term “the NBA is a business”, but when it comes to the lockout, owners are greedy, not trying to profit every team there is. No, it’s not longer a business, but just greed.

What’s damaged is that the people arguing for that extra 1.5% aren’t going to be around in a couple of years.

What’s damaged is that while players want that extra 1.5%, I’m most likely not going to have a job period to pay off my student loans after I graduate.

What’s damaged is that sure the owners and players still have money, but all those arena workers, bus drivers, concessions, won’t have and now have the task of finding another job with America being almost 10% jobless.

I’m not trying to hate on Danny Granger, just felt like saying what needs to be said. They say “Don’t hate the player, hate the game”. How can I hate the game while that’s the only thing I don’t at the moment?
