		<description><![CDATA[Don&#039;t see how this is a legitimate collective bargaining tactic at all.  Do you ever see the Teamsters, Mine Workers, Steelworkers, etc. doing this when they have very legitimate concerns about working conditions, hours, etc.?  The NBAPA only has 30 &quot;locals&quot; with what, 15 or fewer members each?  Hard to see the justification for Federal Mediation at all, except that people in the Department of Labor (not to mention elsewhere in government, like the Fan-in-Chief)  are interested in pro basketball.]]></description>
