		<description><![CDATA[Well, he&#039;s in a GREAT part of Germany with wonderful scenery; and not to far from where there are a few American bases, or at least there were in the &quot;old days&quot;, so there might be more interest in that league than there usually is.  That certainly seems like a small city to be in the &quot;highest pro basketball division&quot;. Maybe no more incongrous than the NBA in OKC, though.]]></description>
