		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;d be a shame if he didn&#039;t stay with Memphis. They got a good thing going on there and he is definatly a piece that fits the overall puzzle nicely and adds needed depth to a team who kinda gets hurt on the wing positions every now and again. Plus MEM is the team that originally drafted him and I love it when players only have one or two teams under their resume.]]></description>
