B’more is a distant 4th on that list and college coaches who recruit that area know that city’s reputation for churning out players who quit in tough situations and don’t think team-first. Obviously that doesn’t apply to everyone, but it’s the reputation for a very good reason. In fact, just make a 4-team round-robin tourney with players actually from those cities, move it from city to city, and you’d really have something.
