It doesn’t matter what the public thinks, they (the public) aren’t the ones signing the contracts and deciding the new CBA. Who cares what sides the fans are on? It won’t influence the outcome of the outcome of the lockout one bit.

Fans will still go to the games regardless of when the season starts. Anyone who thinks otherwise is nuts.
