We weren’t there so we don’t know what was said before the phone was grabbed. I don’t blame him or any celebrity who doesn’t want his children involved with “fans” in any manner. He returned the phone so it was like a basketball play……no harm no foul.

This is what happens when you mess with My Man Kobe. That’s right. Take his picture, BAM, you get Kobe in your face. This guy is lucky Kobe didn’t bend him over the church pew and fill him full of holy divinity while singing the Ave Maria. BAM. You mess with Kobe, Kobe mess with you. He has proven he can do whatever he wants, whenever he wants, to whoever he wants. He is Kobe.

Because you know what having a lack of privacy from, fans, people who only know you by name and face, and various media outlets. Bottom line we don’t know what really happened we weren’t there. Guy’s diggin’, Kobe might be payin’, and that’s the way it is.

First, if you are in public, you can legally take pictures of anyone, whether they like it or not….you don’t get to touch them because you don’t like it. Second, the report say there were no pictures found on the phone, so he didn’t take any (“when no images were found the camera was returned”).
