He and Jerry Reinsdorf both destroyed the Bulls and if they’re so great why not build other championships after Phil leaves???

I know why because they benefited off MJ, Phil, Scottie, and PLENTY OF OTHERS!!! Ernie Grunfeld was a better GM because he actually could turn around teams and make them playoff contenders yearly!!!

Jerry West is the greatest GM ever because he built championship teams in multiple eras and actually made the NBA relevant in Memphis of all places!!!!!
