		<description><![CDATA[The non guarantee contract issue seems to be based on performance. In other words the person should get less money if they do not perform up to a certain benchmark. What about the opposite case, two years ago Lebron was making 4-5 million a year. His performance level was at the 20 million dollar level. I did not see a lot of people saying the team should have then payed him the extra 16 million dollars for beating the benchmark, only that a player should lose money when not meeting the benchmark. That sounds like hypocrisy.

BTW there seems to &#039;guaranteed&#039; tickets prices, parking prices and vending prices. We went to a sporting event where we had poor line of sight, crappy food, the team played poorly and parking was miles away. Every aspect of this experience was below &#039;performance expectations&#039; but no one offered us a rebate on the tickets, food or parking. Cheers.]]></description>
