I watched him build the a Mavericks team to title aspirations, Avery Johnson took a 2006 Dallas team that was Nellie’s blueprints and in 2007 lost to Nelson’s 8th seeded Warriors in the 1st round, despite Dallas winning over 60 games that year.

#2) Rubio should be coming over right? & you just drafted Derrick Williams, thats talent to start with, Wes Johnson should develop, etc… I DO think they need some frontcourt help absolutely, K.Love is outstanding, but I’m talking a beefed up in the middle take up space defensive kinda guy…I think Brad Miller is almost done and I dunno about Darko…

#3) No 1st round pick next year but free agent money to spend, over 2 seasons you can develop the talent you have and sign other players, or trade for vets if needed…

Things can change quickly and irrelevant teams can become winners fast. Who and where the heck was OKC Thunder a few years ago? They were the Sonics in Seattle who won like 10 games and now a few seasons later they have serious title aspirations and rightfully so…

No reason why T’Wolves can’t build a winner, but in my opinion it starts with coaching and Nellie is the man for the job…
