It’s just pointing out a reality.

Not many teams win in their first year together. Things were madeharder for Miami when two of their top six players (Haslem and Miller) missed significant portions of the season, with both of them being put back into the rotation in the middle of the playoffs.

You would expect them to have a better overall year 2, assuming that their top 6 guys stay healthy.

Also it’s difficult when you have to adapt to another player who needs to have the ball. I was surprised you guys got to the finals and that was down to the potency of your individual skills. Give it another year and you guys will be a much better team, which is s scary prospect.
My only knock on you guys is this: there is no shame in losing but sometimes we invite criticism when we forget humility, and I think there were times when members of your team went a bit beyond expressions of confidence and demonstrated arrogance.
Good luck next year, until you meet LA in the finals of course, then I can’t root for you anymore. Go lakers, go Kobe.
