If that was to happen, methinks that a sound decision-making team, like the Spurs, or Lakers, or Mavs, or Bulls, or Celtics, or Thunder, etc., will be more than happy to add a reasonably priced player like Travis Outlaw to their squad going forward.

How many games did a healthy Deron Williams get to play last season with Travis Outlaw in the line-up for the Nets?

As Williams gets further acclimated in New Jersey, highly serviceable players like Outlaw, Humphries, Lopez, Morrow and Vujacic, etc., should begin to see their efficiency improve.

When Outlaw has had the opportunity to play other solid players around him, he has shown that he is a more-than-capable starting 3/4 in the NBA who can stick open jumpers with a fair degree of consistency.

If the lockout allows teams to cut a player or two without cap ramifications, I think Outlaw will have taken his last shot as a Net.

If I were the Nets, I wouldn’t want more Travis Outlaw any more than the Knicks wanted any more of fat, lazy Eddie Curry! (LOL). @@

That’s supposed to say “17 shots per season”.
