Zero sympathy. Sorry, but if you earn a mind-numbing $108 million during your career and are going down because you can’t pay off $750,000 gambling debt, you truly don’t deserve our sympathy. And the fact that it’s something as frivolous as a gambling debt does make it worse.

You’re right. basketball-reference.com indicates he made over $108 million in his career. And he can’t legitimately pay off $750K in gambling debts? Sorry, Antoine. No sympathy here.

Yeah it sucks but I think his final year he was under contract for minnesota he was making something like $10 or $12 million. That would set up about a bakers dozen worth of people for life. That takes a lot of stupid maneuvering to blow all that.
