I saw kyrie irvings press conference and said he dreams about getting on the court with some of the best players in the world and mentioned kobe bryant amongs orhers and didnt mention the king james. Even college players dont repect that fool.

This will be a bit of a stretch if not get you lost completely to those NCAA Bball impaired but… Lakers got Andrew Goudelock with the 46th!! Yessssss!!! Hope he makes the team and has at least a Nick Van Exel type of career with them! (The rest of those LA picks IDK but …YIKES!??!! WTF was that???? UMMM… Ben Hansbourogh, Jacob Pullen, Matthew Bryan- Amaning, Isiah Thomas,David Lighty were out there! Hell, I would’ve even accepted Jaime Skeen or even Matt Howard.) Don’t limit it to just one position. The Cavs are overloaded at PG as well. Some of them will be getting moved I’m sure.

Then he drafted three more – one of which he traded to Orlando for two 2nd round draft choices next year.

Please don’t tell me that when the Cavs drafted the best player on the board was always a PF.

Grant may be following the Thunder “blueprint” in his eyes, but Sam Presti doesn’t draft like this.

And Grant was the same guy that passed on another PF – DeJuan Blair who has given the Spurs two solid years to draft SF/SG Christian Eyenga who is overmatched in he NBA, can’t shoot and can’t defend……but he is athletic with a lot of upside.

Sorry, Grant is not Sam Presti, and Byron Scott and his staff are going to be working overtime to make something workable out of this mish-mosh of players.

Well, the good news is that Grant is assuring the Cavs will be in the lottery again for a while…..probably until he’s fired.

Don’t worry, they probably get a shot at making up for it next year’s lottery. Not busting on the Cavs but they are a few seasons of roster construction from being back in the playoffs.

Everyone’s a crap shoot at this point in the draft but the Celts did their best to get a player, regardless of need at C or PG

I hope Justin Harper falls to Chicago… but it seems they might have to trade up if they want to get him. Harper is exactly the type of player Chicago needs.

Is it a reach? Probably – but if there’s a guy you want, you have to take him before someone else does, so there’s usually lots of “reaches” in the draft.

The whole draft’s a crap shoot after the first few no matter who you take. Why not draft a potentially dominant player and take a chance at greatness?

I feel like Cleveland just messed up a golden opportunity in this draft. Yes Irving is a good player, but I would rather have Williams/Kanter along with Walker/Knight over Irving/Thomas.
