‘Experts’. They are the ones who will gush about a high school player they have never seen but pretend they’ve watched his last 30 games. What a dumb sport.

Nobody cares! The college game sucks so bad since the one and done era. College basketball RARELY has great players anymore! And if players come out of college after one year and are a hit in the NBA, that shows that the NBA also is nowhere near what it used to be. So, I never watch. And I played playground /men’s league ball till I was almost 40 so it’s nto like I have the game!

That makes 3 of us. I know the Cavs need to address the PG position and will inevitably take Irving #1, but he will not be the best player from this draft.

I couldnt agre more. Talented but inexperienced college player. I would take Williams in a heartbeat and draft Walker or Knight at #4. But then again I don’t put much stock in what the “experts” say.

I’d actually say hes neither the best player nor the player with the most potential in this draft (Derrick Williams and Valunciunas, respectively)… and that’s not just my opinion, most scouts would agree with that.

And he played in like, what, 10 games? How is that earning the #1 slot?
