Markieff Morris impresses Pistons in workout

Just another quick hitter on the draft, this time courtesy of the Detroit News’ Vincent Goodwill (H/T to ESPN.com’s Chad Ford):

Source: Markieff Morris may have put himself in the mix for the No. 8 pick with the #Pistons with his workout today.

This is pretty big news for Morris: Draft Express currently projects Markieff as the 17th overall pick in the draft, with his brother Marcus currently being projected as the #10 pick. Apparently, the other Morris brother had himself a heck of a workout, and we could see a pair of twin brothers going in the lottery for the first time in a while. (Brook and Robin Lopez were taken with the #10 and #15 picks in the 2008 draft, in case you were wondering.)
