Long-term contracts are going to dissapear, and I’m sure they’re going to alter the trade machine rules. I wouldn’t be shocked if the whole “expiring contract” system gets shafted.

I’m no Mark Cuban fan, but the man took a franchise that was irrelevant and put them on a string of playoff runs the past 10 years…

I think the majority of the owners like the NFL, inherited daddys money & dont know JACK about the game of basketball or business for all that sake…

they know 1 thing – GREED.

owners dont like it- sell your team & do other things with your life. BOTH NBA AND NFL OWNERS STOP RUINING OUR AMERICAN SPORTS…

yeah players want big $$$ bc you get a TON off the TV contracts…

The next NBA we see will be with lower-paid players and a HARD salary cap. The days of the 6 year $138 million dollar contract are behind us. 4 years maximum on contracts will be the rule as well.

The owners invested their money and put it at risk. The players and their agents invested nothing.
