I thought exactly the same thing. However, they don’t have the money to sign him. According the Globe (and other outlets), they’re already over the cap at $58.5 for 1-6. When, not if, there’s a new CBA it’s even less likely that Boston (or anybody) will be able to match what Denver is allowed to pay him. Ironically, it was Red Auerbach that convinced the league to institute the rule that created this situation with “The Larry Bird Rule”.

I heard Jermaine O’Neal was an extra on Pirates 4, maybe me found the “Fountain of Youth”.

i would like to see him playing in Boston, they could definately use him, and i think he would be a great fit
