Nevertheless, I hope Ray will enter HOF as a Celtics. PP, KG, and even Rondo are bigger stars now, but nobody is more valuable to Boston when it comes to clutch time.

And it took so much out of him he was almost a non factor on offense.

he has become an NBA champ, been competing for the title yearly, 3 point record, HOF status, cemented his legacy as being CLUTCH, & probably extended his career by 2-3 more years just off NOT being the #1 option all time like he was with the Bucks & Sonics…

makes sense to me & i expect Boston to be back in the running next year as usual…
