If you have a team where 8-figure salary players are better off the bench and two of your starters are terrible (especially when starters are supposed to “start” the game off with a bang unlike the Pistons who start off with a fart), your team will stink!!!

Seriously, how does this guy rate so high when he has never coached at any level. He was a good point guard and very smart player, but i dont think that should get him a coaching job w/o any experience. And he is brutal as a color man.
