Even though he never met a defense he liked, D’Antoni is the first coach in almost forever to take the Knicks to the playoffs. Obviously this is because of the player aquisitions and the help of Walsh but, I’m sure he’ll get to coach this year. If he doesn’t make the playoffs this year, he’ll be out. Then we can hire Phil Jackson, though I’m sure Isiah will convince Dolan to make him coach/GM again.
