Colangelo has been a disaster (nothing for Bosh, signing Turgolu, etc) since he arrived in T.O. He is the one that should be looking for a job. Jay Triano is a thoughtful, teaching type of coach who should still have a job. Too bad he was never given the talent to succeed. Cheers.
