I agree mythttor i wish he will provide a list of these “thugs and punks” that are in the nba i just dont see it. The nba seem to have a lot of humble super stars cp3 rose durant,nowtizki,nash.

Totally agree on Durant, but I question the “thugs and punks” comment. Are you talking about in general or in the NBA? Here are the all-NBA teams; Durant, LeBron, Howard, Kobe, Rose, Gasol, Nowitzki, Amare, Wade, Westbrook, Aldridge, Z-Bo, Horford, Ginobili, CP3. On that list, people don’t like Kobe or LeBron, but it’s certainly not because they’re ‘thugs’ by any stretch of the imagination. Punks, arguably so. Randolph has had some trouble in the past but nothing in years. Amare is kind of a whiner, too. Most of those guys strike me as pretty stand-up citizens.

Bad move Nike. This kids got maybe one year left before he’s through. His string of dumb luck and poor coverage by opponents will run out and he’ll become a black Adam Morrison before you know it. Not even close to being a star.

In the age where there seems to be more thugs and punks than ever before, it’s refreshing to see a superstar who is constantly humble, well-spoken, genuinely considerate, and well thought of.

It may not seem exciting to you, but after hearing him do a few press conferences and then finding out what he carried with him at all times, I thought it was great.

If I weren’t a life-long Mavericks fan I would 100% be rooting for the Thunder, simply for Durant. Should OKC happen to pull off an upset and advance to face Chi/Mia, that’s who I’ll be pulling for.
