Actually, I preferred giving up JJ for Amare. I thought Jamison played no defense and was too old to get the job done. Though, that still wasn’t the camel that broke the back for the Cavs. If you want to say LeBron actually tried, the issue was playing Jamison and Shaq (two guys who couldn’t defend the pick and roll) in the front court together and totally benching Hickson who had done a solid job in the starter role while at the same time pretty much ignoring Z. But thanks for your assumption on my views
