		<description><![CDATA[Usually when you bring in a player this late its a disaster.  They don&#039;t mesh with their teammates very well and their legs simply aren&#039;t there.  With Haslem it might be a little different because he won&#039;t be asked to do a whole lot other than rebound and play some defense.  Communication on D would be key but everything else would just be on him to be in the right position.  Would like to see him on the floor..]]></description>
