Those are big if’s. What’s increasingly clear in the last two Spurs playoff exits is that Duncan cannot be relied upon as a primary post option. His defensive skills have diminished a lot and he’s lost some lift.

Parker and Ginobili are still great pieces along with most of the supporting cast, but they need some help upfront and Jefferson is replaceable.
