No pg should ever be looking to take 60 shots, especially not one who has one of the best players in the league on his team and is being regarded as a top level pg in the league. His handling of the last two possessions reminded me of Douglas against celtics in game one. He ran out of control and put up a bad shot (Douglas passed to melo for a bad shot). Elite PG run plays to set up their team with the best shot possible. Westbrook failed to do that and that’s unacceptable for a top tier player.

Ibaka and the other role players were not knocking down the shots they usually make in that game. We were close at the end, and westbrook only really took one bad shot in the last 5 minutes.

The argument was about defense, not offense.

Westbrook was complaining about a call in the last 2 minutes and didn’t get down the court to defend – Gallanari 3 after the PG penetrated the paint. That was inexcusable.

She’s been a sports anchor in one form on another since 1991 and she’s been with TNT since the 2005 Playoffs doing sideline coverage. I wouldn’t expect you know this, as you would have to actually watch basketball once in awhile.
