Those rankings gave me the biggest laugh of the day. I’m pretty sure besides the top 3 that they were created by drawing team names out of a hat.

What it usually does is to get people whining because their favorite team did not rank higher.

agree. its the writer’s job to put out stuff like this. i’m sure the writer knows it’s his opinion. and yeah, we all have opinions, the writer though, is getting paid for his. personally, i love sports lists. it brings great debate/banter. the point is to get a discussion going. things would be boring if everybody had the exact same opinion.

Power rankings mean absolutely nothing.
You can look up the same list on 10 different sites and get 10 different opinions because that is all it really is.
Opinions.

This is not the BCS.

good argument for the veteren teams. they are not playing hot BUT know how to turn the switch on in the playoffs. i mean, history does not lie…who has the majority of the titles the past decade? the teams in the #4, 5, 6 spot in the rankings…
