Stadiums need to be renovated or replaced, and a team does not belong to the city. Seattle got what they deserved. I do hope that they can support a team again in the city, but it will take the tax payers paying up.

This man betrayed a city of more then just fans. Seattle is a city loyal to their teams, regardless of the state the team is in. The Mariners have been doing horrible the past few years, but Seattle loves their M’s. Seahawks are the laughing stock in the NFL, yet we are the loudest fans in the league. We Seattle-ites take pride in the teams that represent us. So yes, this man betrayed a city who loved their Sonics.

…augh. The only team we had that won a national championship. Except our women’s basketball team. Atta girls! Go Storm!
