Shaw deserves a 3 year deal at least. If he doesn’t win the first year, put him on notice for number 2.
He does have one really important qualification- he’s a Laker, top to bottom.

What Kobe wants, Kobe gets, don’t fool yourselves people. Kobe has a Helicopter pick him up because they don’t want him cramping his leg’s while sitting in traffic, Coach B got this job.I wonder what Kobe has in mind for the Championship ring.

As a Laker fan I also agree with Shaw as the next Head Coach. Not because Kobe said (we all know his GM skills with asking for J-Kidd for Bynum.) It make sense because he is a system guy since he’s been with the Lakers as a player. I’m pretty sure Phil and Mitch are getting him ready as well. In the end I tend to trust Mitch’s decision, and if he decides Shaw then I think it is another good one by Mitch.
